Thank you, Reps. Gosen and Allen
To the Editor:
Missouri desperately needs new jobs and I’d like to thank Rep. Don Gosen (District 101) and Rep. Sue Allen (District 92) for helping to provide them.
Reps. Gosen and Allen voted to support Infrastructure Strengthening and Regulatory Streamlining (ISRS) legislation. ISRS just makes good sense. Passing this bill would help our state’s utility companies make immediate investments in our electrical infrastructure. Funding projects that upgrade our aging generation and delivery facilities means more jobs right away.
A stronger infrastructure also means that we’re doubling-down on Missouri’s key competitive advantage – the affordable price of power. With affordable prices and the more reliable power supply that a stronger infrastructure would create, we will be in a better position to attract new industries in the years to come. And, since ISRS maintains strong consumer protections, I know that customers like me will continue to be protected.
