Exciting Day for MBEF
Today marks an exciting day for Missourians for a Balanced Energy Future. We are launching a campaign in support of Senate Bill 50/House Bill 124, which we believe is a sound, reasoned path forward for Missouri’s energy future.
For less than $2 a year, SB 50/HB 124 will ensure that nuclear power—a clean, efficient energy resource—remains possible in Missouri. If we want to continue to enjoy some of the lowest electricity rates in the nation, we must plan now to keep all our options on the table.
We are grateful to have your support. We are looking forward to getting on the airwaves, in the newspapers and on the Internet. But most importantly, our first priority is to connect with Missourians who understand that SB 50/HB 124 is a necessary step to secure our state’s energy future.
